Withdrawal Policy

The ISTIDRAK Journal of Life & Biological Sciences has established a withdrawal policy to allow authors to withdraw their manuscripts at any stage of the publication process. This policy ensures a transparent and fair approach for authors who decide to retract their work.

• Reasons for Withdrawal: Manuscripts may be withdrawn for various reasons, such as changes in authorship, ethical concerns, or conflicts of interest. Authors wishing to retract a manuscript should contact the editorial team promptly.

• Withdrawal Process: Authors must submit a written retraction request, including the manuscript title, the name of the corresponding author, and the reason for withdrawal, as outlined in the Withdrawal Request Form.

• Withdrawal Fees: There are no fees associated with withdrawing a manuscript.

• Publication Fees: If a manuscript has been accepted for publication, the author may need to pay a publication or cancellation fee based on the stage of the publication process. Specific fees will be detailed in the author’s agreement.

• Refunds: Authors who have paid publication fees may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on when the withdrawal occurs in the publication process.

• Publication Status: Once a manuscript has been published online or in print, it cannot be withdrawn. Authors are encouraged to reach out to the Editorial Board for any inquiries regarding published articles.
